Use Reverse Polarity (DCEP)

.030 Diameter – 18-23 volts, 95-150 amps, 40 gas flow (ft3/hr)
.035 Diameter – 20-24 volts, 180-200 amps, 40 gas flow (ft3/hr)
.047 Diameter – 22-28 volts, 130-240 amps, 60 gas flow (ft3/hr)
Best Practices
Neptune MIG should be used only on pre-cleaned aluminum to produce sound, porosity free welds.
Use stainless brush for cleaning.
Preheat 400ºF (204ºC) to 600ºF (315ºC) for sections over 1/4”.
We recommend Gemini Anti-Spatter spray for lasting protection of your contact tip and MIG nozzle (see chemical aids in Abrasives & Metal Working products section).
